We visited Randy's to see about brake pads after being told by another car service repair that we needed new ones. The people were fantastic from the front desk to the repairmen. Cody was extremely helpful and honest and told us that our brake pads were in very good shape and definitely did not need replacement.. This was definitely welcome news as it saved us several hundred dollars. We will definitely be returning!!

Went to have an oil change. Young lady who greets you outside to take your car is nice and friendly. On the other hand, the two girls on the inside behind the desk are rude. They didn't greet me, walked by me twice and never acknowledged me. When it was time for me to pay, she still didn't speak. She told me the price and asked how I was paying. I spoke to her. The guy that was ahead of me told her "thank you have a good day" and she never responded. I like the fast and effiecient service of the techs, but the girls on the inside need to brush up on their customer service for ALL customers, not just certain ones. I don't know if they rotate who is at the desk but it is the blond haired girl and the heavier girl with the long dark hair.
